Dr Miranda Justo-Núñez
Supervising Clinical Psychologist

I am a Clinical Psychologist and, for me, there is nothing that compares to helping people become the master of their own emotions and lives.
Trusting someone with your innermost thoughts and feelings is a big ask. I strive to meet that trust by committing to showing up fully, listening without judgement, and being honest (even when that might be difficult).
What matters most to me is offering support that translates into real life. That means taking established psychological theory, and shaping it to fit each person’s unique story — so that the things we work through don’t just make sense in session, but actually stick in the moments that matter.

I hold a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and have completed at postgraduate diploma in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). I have also undertaken supervisor training, so that I can support the work of other therapists.

I’m a behaviour change consultant by trade, and a problem solver by nature. For me, meaning comes from helping people to unlock their true potential.
I’m here to help organisations (big and small!) to find the most effective mental health support for their people and teams. My focus is to get to fully understand the needs of your organisation, and provide simple and clear recommendations. These can range from educational workshops, to more hands on therapeutic interventions.
What matters to me is that you remember us as the people who genuinely helped. That means being honest with ourselves and our partners, and committing only to value we can actually deliver. If we don’t believe we are the right partner for you, we will tell you, and we will support you in finding the best alternative.

I have a degree in Mathematics from the Queen Mary University. To balance out the numbers, I also completed a Counselling Skills course with the Manor House Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling.
Dr Alissa Miners
Supervising Clinical Psychologist

I have worked in the NHS for almost ten years. Since qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist, I have worked in a Community Mental Health Team, and in my current role, as a psychologist on a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit.
I have a particular interest in trauma-informed approaches to distress, which focus on making sense of people’s difficulties by understanding what has happened to them and what is going on in their lives. My work also draws on a range of different psychological models and theories.
As a Clinical Psychologist, I see my role as supporting people to develop a psychological understanding of their problems and identify positive changes that enable them to move forward and take charge of their lives. -
I completed my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Manchester. I have also undergone further postgraduate training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
